As of the moment, Ress and Co’s service is in-house. Drop-off and pick up will be made within the workshop in Souq Al Shanasiyah, Sharjah.

Timings from Sunday - Thursday are from:

10:00 am - 08:00 pm

Timing on Fridays will be from

10:00 am - 01:00 pm (shop will be closed during prayers) 02:00 pm - 08:00 pm

For the case of any uncollected products, Ress and Co reserves the right to dispose of the item brought in without being held liable or responsible if a customer does not claim his or her product within 30 days of being contacted by the Ress and Co team even after evaluation or after the product has been fixed and the customer has been informed of the same.

The team will try to get in touch with the consumer by phone, SMS, or email. Discarding of the merchandise will occur if repeated attempts to contact have proven futile. The consumer forfeits his right to pursue claims for the goods and/or damages after the required 30-day notice period by utilizing their service and so agreeing to these conditions. After the agreed-upon 30-day notice period, there won't be any refunds for the service or value of the goods.
