Ress and Co reserves the right to assign pickup times depending on availability

Ress and Co reserves the right to deny service regardless of the circumstance

Items will be evaluated before being worked on and customers will be informed if

service is not possible

So long as there is evidence of the purchase, the client may swap any defective or

damaged merchandise within 7 days after delivery.

The exchange is limited to defects and damages during delivery with management

approval.

Refund is available only if the product is still damaged after finishing the services

and/or Ress and Co are unable to fix it.

Refunds for additional services will depend on the circumstances after an

investigation

Ress and Co accepts payments made with Visa or MasterCard debit and credit

cards in the United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED).
